What is InfoSource? InfoSource is an apparel sourcing tool for the promotional products industry. Our website provides the user with several ways to compare pricing and search for product. We also provide many other useful tools to enhance and add efficiencies to the procurement process. InfoSource's main goal is to save you time and money. We focus on wearables only, providing the user with in depth and updated product information.

Can anyone join InfoSource? Membership is limited to promotional product distributors, screen printers, embroiderers and/or members of a recognized industry association (PPAI, ASI, UPIC, NNEP, etc.).

How much does InfoSource cost? A single user monthly membership is $29/month and a single user annual membership is $299/year.

What is the daily email, The Source? The Source is a one page summary of the apparel supplier's best promotional pricing, emailed daily at 12-noon CST.

What if I am unable to locate an item on your site? Simply click on "Live Chat" and a member of our research team will assist you.

How many suppliers do you have on your site? InfoSource has approximately 120 apparel supplier's product offering on our site.

Product Search

Can I search by color or size? Yes, InfoSource gives the user the ability to narrow his/her search results by selecting a specific color. Sizing for each product is displayed clearly on the front side of the product search results.

Can I email my customer product information? Yes! You can save images, product information, et al, and create your own marketing piece to send to your customer.

Pricing Analysis

What kind of pricing is listed on your site (e.g. case, dozen, piece)? InfoSource lists current published case, dozen and piece pricing for all participating suppliers.

How often is pricing updated? Promotional and sale prices are updated every 15 minutes. Published pricing is updated annually or upon supplier request.
